Who is behind Kids Bike Advisor?

Hello! I am Jessica Murray-Alden. Welcome to my compilation of information that started by me trying to find my family and friends’ kids appropriate and considered bikes for presents.

I am one of those people who puts a lot of effort into trying to make sure things are right, taking into consideration a wide range of factors. Yes, these can change in each scenario.

Some things considered when researching kids’ bikes:

• Cost/Price point of purchase and ongoing maintenance/ replacement/upgrade
• Potential for resale or re-gifting when outgrown or no longer required
• Weight and size for use, transport and storage
• Safety aspects
• Age, size and capability of the kids who will be using
• Others I have probably overlooked right now…

So it seemed a shame to work it out and not share it with others.

I am also looking into the ‘how to’ aspect of enjoying and learning about how to maintain and safely bicycles.
